It is equipped with four height-adjustable foot cups and safety protection doors;The parts of each part of the equipment are subjected to necessary surface treatments such as electroplating, blackening, quenching, carburizing, electrostatic spraying, etc. according to the actual working conditions and working environment to meet the components with sufficient strength and surface functions.
  3. Straightening unit: adopts the whole board mounting method. The copper tube passes a pair of round rollers to eliminate local deformation. The horizontal and vertical surfaces of the copper tube are provided with 5 straightening wheels. At the same time, the amount of straightening deformation can be adjusted according to the soft and hard states of the copper tube. . Each straightening wheel has a smooth surface and is equipped with bearings, which effectively ensures the accuracy and stability of the straightening wheel.
  4. Cutting mechanism: Servo-feed cutting and servo-set initial cutting position are used to control the cutting feed. At the same time, the pipe change specification can control the initial position of the cutting pipe through the operation screen. Servo control is used for easy debugging and accurate data.
  5. Air control system: The compressed gas from an external source is purified by a precision water-gas separator. The pressure can be adjusted to provide a good gas environment for each circuit component. The precise position of the cylinder piston is controlled by the electric valve body. Pneumatic components ensure the sensitivity and stability of various actions during long-term use.
  6. Servo system: Servo motor and driver are used for the feeding shaft motor and material rotating motor respectively. The feeding shaft is precisely driven by imported screw rods with high wear resistance and low vibration.
  7. Chamfering mechanism: double-head servo feed, high-speed power head, reasonable control feed speed, cutting and chamfering synchronization
  8. Unloading rack: with a set of unloading racks, and a coil unwinding system with motor active unloading function.

Electric control cabinet:Using the CNC system, the air switch adopts domestic high-quality air switch, Schneider button, and other main electrical components such as select switches and intermediate relays are all OMRON products. The control circuit is provided with overload protection function.
  11. The installation of the electrical components of the equipment complies with the relevant national regulations and has a reliable grounding device. The terminals, contactors and small air switches in the electrical box are installed in the VDE standard V-groove. Each electrical component is clearly marked.
