Equipment structure and system configuration

The main structure of the equipment is as follows:
Mechanical structure:
  1.  Manipulator mechanism: "Up and down displacement", "Left and right displacement", and "clamping jaw" cylinders are used to form a manipulator, which grips the pipe parts that have been opened and gradually moves to the punching place.
  2.  Punching mechanism: It consists of a core rod and a punching pin, and uses qigong as the power for punching.
  3. Servo flaring chamfering mechanism: double-head servo feed, high-speed original Taiwan imported power head, each with four levels of feed.
Electrical structure:
1.Using CNC system to implement automation, DC weak current control, safe and stable operation, and few system failures. The air switch adopts high-quality air switch, Schneider button, and other main electrical components such as selection switches and intermediate relays are all OMRON products. The control circuit is provided with overload protection function.
2.The installation of the electrical components of the equipment complies with the relevant national regulations and has a reliable grounding device. The terminals, contactors and small air switches in the electrical box are installed in the VDE standard V-groove. Each electrical component is clearly marked. The electric control cabinet uses all-plastic combing cabinets with wire trunking for clear wire numbers; the control panel is clean and the subtitles on the signs are clear and easy to see.
