1. The equipment consists of a CNC system, servo system, and hydraulic system control. It utilizes a six-station rotating disc punch for direct punching and hydraulic forming. Cold punching multi-station forming branch pipes occasionally have bevels ranging from 1-3.5mm.


2. The control system includes an automatic counting function to accurately count the processing quantity.


3. Rhythm pause or continuous processing functions are available and can be easily selected and converted.


4. Automatic alarm function alerts operators in case of equipment failure during operation.


5. Mold replacement for changing products is convenient, fast, and ensures accurate positioning.
