- F rame: The machine body is constructed from welded profiles and undergoes vibration aging to ensure rigidity and precision of the mounting plane. It features four height-adjustable foot cups and safety protection doors. Each part of the equipment is treated with appropriate surface processes such as electroplating, blackening, quenching, carburizing, and electrostatic spraying, based on actual working conditions, to ensure components possess sufficient strength and surface functionality.
- Servo feed system: Utilizing a high-performance servo motor and driver, the feed shaft is driven by imported screw rods that boast high wear resistance and minimal vibration.
- Air control system: The external compressed gas is purified via a precision water-gas separator. Adjustable pressure ensures an optimal gas environment for each circuit component. The cylinder piston's exact position is controlled by an electric valve body, with pneumatic components ensuring sensitivity and stability during extended use.
- Coloring : The device's main body is painted blue (Jisun color number JS-SK-003), with warning signs strategically placed for personal safety.
- Electric control cabinet : Featuring a state-of-the-art CNC system, the cabinet uses top-quality domestic air switches, Schneider buttons, and OMRON select switches and intermediate relays. The control circuit includes an overload protection function.
- The installation of electrical components adheres to national regulations, featuring a reliable grounding device. Terminals, contactors, and small air switches in the electrical box are mounted in VDE standard V-grooves, with each component clearly marked. The electric control cabinet utilizes all-plastic combing cabinets with wire trunking for clear wire numbering. The control panel is organized, with labels that are clear and easily visible.
