This equipment is designed for pipe mouth forming processing of straight copper pipes, including expanding, shrinking, flat mouth, etc. It features six stations, with five for cold punching operations like expanding and shrinking, and one for rotating power head for flat opening. The movement between workstations is driven by a servo motor with up and down linear motion.
In automatic mode, switch to the "automatic interface," load materials into the clamping mold, press the green "Start" button, operate the clamping cylinder, and follow the processing cycle according to pipe fittings requirements.
