Overview: The equipment's architecture is a marvel of engineering, featuring a main frame, a trolley feeding mechanism, molds, a machine head, a rotating shaft, a clamping mechanism, a three-claw material clamp, a sophisticated feeding system, and an advanced electronic control system.
1. Main Frame: The robust machine body is meticulously welded from profiles and undergoes vibration aging treatment to ensure exceptional rigidity and precision in the installation plane. It features adjustable height foot cups and a safety protection door. Each component is subjected to rigorous surface treatments like electroplating, blackening, quenching, carburizing, and electrostatic spraying, ensuring unmatched strength and functionality.
2. Trolley Feeding Mechanism: Achieves remarkable high-speed and high-precision positioning through double linear guide rail pairs, ensuring flawless operation.
3. Mold: The round mold is an integrated masterpiece, with surface hardness of the clamping mold, guide mold, and round mold not less than HRC50. Mold replacement is streamlined for simplicity and convenience.
4. Machine Head: Features an integral box-type structure and precision toothed chain drive for the bending arm. Both ends of the transmission sprocket and the output shaft of the precision planetary servo reducer are supported by bearings. The chain adjustment employs a docking double helix structure, ensuring impeccable performance.
5. Rotating Axis: Utilizes a precision planetary servo reducer for robust torque output. The feeding axis with double linear guides enables high-speed, high-precision positioning. High-rigidity screws and bearings guarantee reliable positioning. The CNC system's independent servo system perfectly controls feeding, bending, and rotation, achieving superior X, Y, and Z three-axis linkage.
6. Clamping Mechanism: Employs a parallelogram motion mode driven by a cylinder, ensuring sufficient clamping force while avoiding damage to pipe fittings. The guide mold features a slider connecting rod structure driven by a cylinder, offering two travel options: half retreat and full retreat.
7. Three-Claw Material Clamp: Utilizes a three-petal chuck structure driven by a cylinder, ensuring optimal clamping force, mechanical strength, and service life. The core pulling features a fast and anti-rotation device driven by a cylinder.
8. Feeding System: Incorporates a specialized feeding mechanism. Changing the mold is a breeze, requiring no screws - just a gentle connection, significantly reducing installation time and allowing the operator to swiftly install it.
9. Electric Control System: Features a user-friendly single-chip visual operating system exclusively developed for pipe bending machines. It simplifies programming and includes an overload protection function for the control circuit.

4. Consistent cleaning of both the internal and external parts of the equipment is necessary. Ensure sliding surfaces, screws, oil holes, and other components are free from oil stains. Prevent any oil or air leakage and keep the surrounding area clear of debris to maintain operational efficiency and product quality.
5. The equipment is designed for a daily working period of 8-10 hours. If extended operation is required, it is vital to enhance the inspection and maintenance of accessories, including wearing parts and motors, to ensure the equipment's stability and longevity.
VI. Service and Others
1. Guangzhou Jisun Automation Co., Ltd. offers a one-year product quality warranty (excluding wear and tear from human or abnormal use). Refer to the 'List of Wearing Parts' in the instruction manual for details on non-warranty parts.
2. The product is delivered punctually to the customer's designated domestic location, with the supplier covering the freight costs.
3. The buyer is responsible for providing the necessary commissioning materials for the equipment, with associated costs (material cost and freight) borne by the buyer.
4. Each product comes with a manual and a set of molds. For additional mold specifications, costs will be quoted separately. Special order accessories/molds (non-standard parts) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable and do not include on-site installation and commissioning services.
5. The purchaser's production workshop must supply power voltage, compressed air source, and grounding devices that comply with electrical specifications. The purchaser is also responsible for configuring the necessary cables and air pipes connected to the equipment.
6. The purchaser must provide circulating cooling water, hydraulic oil (No. 46 brand is recommended), lubricating oil, and cooling oil required by the equipment.
