Equipped with height-adjustable foot cups and safety protection doors, the equipment's components undergo necessary surface treatments such as electroplating, blackening, quenching, carburizing, and electrostatic spraying to ensure durability and functionality. The main structure of the equipment is as follows:
Mechanical structure:

1. Feeding structure: Utilizes a vibrating plate for feeding. The vibration surface of the disk is approximately 400MM and 600MM, with the disk body's surface coated in glue to minimize noise.
2. Rolling groove structure: A rotating motor turns the pipe, while the groove is pressed against the pipe wall through the rolling groove structure.
3. Net loading structure: The air filter is inserted into the pipe fittings powered by a cylinder.

Electrical structure

1. Employs a CNC system to implement automation with DC weak current control, ensuring safe and stable operation with minimal system failures. Features high-quality air switches, Schneider buttons, and OMRON electrical components such as selection switches and intermediate relays.
