This equipment is designed for single-head forming processing of copper tube mouths, including expansion, shrinkage, branching, and pipe management.

 

Features:

 

1. The equipment is equipped with a CNC system, servo system, and hydraulic system control. It utilizes a six-station rotating disc punch for direct punching and hydraulic forming. Cold punching multi-station forming branch pipes occasionally have bevels ranging from 1-3.5mm.



 
2. The control system includes an automatic counting function to accurately count the processing quantity.



 
3. Rhythm pause or continuous processing functions are available and can be easily selected and converted.



 
4. Automatic alarm function alerts users in case of equipment failure during operation.
