Equipment Structure and System Configuration
- Overview: This equipment integrates a rack, a feeding rack, a straightening unit, a fixed-length feeding mechanism, a cutting mechanism, an air control system, an electronic control system, a servo system, and a feeding rack, all working harmoniously.
- Frame: Constructed from robust profiles and processed post-vibration aging, the frame ensures installation plane rigidity and accuracy. It features height-adjustable foot cups and protective safety doors. To meet operational demands, the frame undergoes necessary surface treatments like electroplating, blackening, quenching, carburizing, and electrostatic spraying.
- Unloading Rack: The system includes two coiled coil unwinding sets, each with an active motor discharge function.
- Straightening and Straightening Unit: The unit employs a whole substrate mounting method. Copper tubes pass through a pair of round rollers to eliminate deformation, with horizontal and vertical surfaces equipped with 5 straightening wheels. Adjustable deformation settings accommodate different tube consistencies, ensuring precision and stability.
- Fixed-Length Feeding Mechanism: Powered by a servo motor driving a screw rod, the system features abrasion-resistant polished rods and linear bearings for smooth motion. The feeding clamp operates with an air cylinder for precision.
- Cutting Mechanism: Utilizing an outer rotary cutter and supporting roller structure, the mechanism ensures stability and prevents cutter breakage by securely clamping the copper tube with a two-stage booster cylinder. An independent cylinder feed assembly allows for stable advancement and quick retraction. Each cutting head offers adjustable feed rates, ensuring consistent quality across all nozzles. An intermittent blade fuel injection system with volatile oil lubrication extends blade life.
- Air Control System: Compressed gas is purified by a precision water-gas separator. Adjustable pressure settings ensure an optimal gas environment for all components. Electric valve bodies meticulously control the cylinder piston's precise position, guaranteeing sensitivity and stability during prolonged use.
- Servo System: This system features servo motors and drivers for the feeding shaft and material rotating motor. The feeding shaft boasts precise control through high wear-resistant, low-vibration imported screw rods.
- Coloring : The main body of the device is a striking blue (JisunColor number JS-SK-003, and essential warning signs are strategically placed on parts associated with personal safety.
- Electric Control Cabinet : Utilizing a state-of-the-art CNC system, this machine features a premium domestic air switch, Schneider buttons, and leading electrical components from OMRON, including select switches and intermediate relays. The control circuit is fortified with overload protection for added safety.
- The installation of the electrical components adheres to stringent national regulations, featuring a reliable grounding system. Terminals, contactors, and compact air switches are installed following VDE standard V-groove protocols. Each electrical component is distinctly marked for clarity. The electric control cabinet is designed with all-plastic combing cabinets and organized wire trunking, ensuring clear wire numbers. The control panel is pristine with legible signs and subtitles.
