I. Application
This equipment is suitable for the wall groove rolling processing of straight copper tubes and for automatic mesh installation.
II. Features
1. This equipment is mainly controlled by CNC system and pneumatic system, with automatic feeding and automatic discharging of materials on the vibration plate.
2. The equipment control system has an automatic counting function, which can accurately count the processing quantity.
3. The equipment has the function of beat pause or continuous processing, which can be selected and converted.
4. It has an automatic alarm function. When the equipment fails during operation, it will automatically stop and alarm.
5. When changing products, the mold can be replaced conveniently, quickly and accurately.
6. Process flow
Workflow in automatic equipment: The CNC system switches to the automatic screen - "pipe fittings" and "filter screens" are put into place through the vibration plate, press "start" - "netting cylinder" pushes the filter screen into the pipe fitting, and the netting is completed - "feeding cylinder" sends the pipe fitting with the filter screen to the processing position (the shrinking end of the pipe fitting is positioned by "positioning cylinder") - feeding in place, clamping - the rotating motor drives the pipe fitting to rotate, and the "grooving cylinder" pushes the groove structure to hold the pipe wall for groove processing - the groove processing is completed, the "grooving cylinder" is reset, the "positioning cylinder" is reset - the clamping block is reset - the "discharging cylinder" pushes the pipe fitting out - the processing is completed, and the following cycle.

IV. Equipment structure and system configuration
The main body of the equipment is blue (JS-SK-003), and warning signs are set on the parts involving personal safety. The body is welded from profiles, and after vibration aging treatment, it is processed as a whole to ensure rigidity and installation plane accuracy. It is equipped with four adjustable height foot cups and safety protection doors; the parts of each part of the equipment are subjected to necessary surface treatment according to the actual working conditions and working environment, such as electroplating, blackening, quenching, carburizing, electrostatic spraying, etc., to ensure that the parts have sufficient strength and surface function. The main structure of the equipment is as follows:
1. Feeding structure: Use a vibrating plate to feed the material, and spray glue at the contact point between the plate surface and the product to reduce noise.
2. Groove rolling structure: The rotating motor drives the pipe fitting to rotate, and the groove rolling structure supports the pipe wall to form the pipe wall groove.
3. Netting structure: The filter is pushed into the pipe fitting by the oil cylinder as the power.
4. Electric control system: The CNC system is used to perform automation, DC weak current control, safe, stable and reliable operation, and few system failures; the control circuit is equipped with an overload protection function.
5. The installation of electrical components of the equipment complies with relevant national regulations and has a reliable grounding device. The wiring terminals, contactors and small air switches in the electrical box adopt the VDE standard V-groove installation method. Each electrical component has a clear mark. The electric control cabinet uses a full plastic comb cabinet with wire trough wiring, and the line number is clear; the control panel is neat and tidy, and the sign subtitles are clear and easy to read.
V. Main configuration and maintenance of the equipment

2. Check the air pressure/oil pressure and the condition of each fastener every day to ensure reliable use.
3. Lubricate all moving parts regularly and keep the equipment clean.
4. Clean the inside and outside of the equipment regularly, and make sure that there is no oil stain on the sliding surfaces, screws, oil holes, etc., and no oil or air leakage in all parts. Clean the chips and dirt around the equipment to avoid affecting the operation and product quality.
5. The working time of the equipment is calculated as 8-10 hours per day. If the working time is longer due to production needs, the operating status inspection and maintenance of accessories such as wearing parts and motors should be strengthened to ensure the working stability of the equipment.
VI. Service and Others
1. The product quality warranty is one year, (except for human or abnormal use) wearing parts are not included in the warranty scope, please refer to the "List of Wearing Parts" in the instruction manual for details.
2. The product is delivered to the customer's designated location (domestic) on time, and the freight is borne by the supplier.
3. The buyer provides the equipment commissioning materials to the supplier, and the expenses incurred shall be borne by the buyer (material cost, freight).
4. This product is randomly equipped with: one manual and one set of molds (if you need to order molds of other specifications, the cost will be quoted separately; if the ordered accessories/molds are special orders (non-standard parts and molds are not under warranty), they will not be returned or exchanged. Accessories/molds do not provide on-site installation and commissioning services).
5. The purchaser's production workshop must provide power voltage, compressed air source and grounding devices that comply with electrical specifications; the purchaser shall configure the cables and air pipes connected to the equipment.
6. The circulating cooling water, hydraulic oil (No. 46 brand hydraulic oil is recommended), lubricating oil, and cooling oil required by the equipment shall be purchased by the purchaser.
