IV. Equipment structure and system configuration
Overview: The equipment consists of a main frame, a trolley feeding mechanism, a mold, a machine head, a rotating shaft, a clamping mechanism, a three-claw material clamp, a feeding system, an electronic control system, etc.
1. Main frame: The machine body is welded from profiles, and is processed as a whole after vibration aging treatment to ensure rigidity and installation plane accuracy. It is equipped with four adjustable height foot cups and a safety protection door; the parts of each part of the equipment are subjected to necessary surface treatment according to the actual working conditions and working environment, such as electroplating, blackening, quenching, carburizing, electrostatic spraying, etc., to ensure that the parts have sufficient strength and surface functions.
2. Trolley feeding mechanism: High-speed and high-precision positioning is achieved through double linear guide rail pairs.
3. Mold: The round mold is an integral mold, and the surface hardness of the clamping mold, guide mold, round mold and other molds is not less than HRC50. The mold replacement operation is simple and convenient.
4. Machine head: It is an integral box-type structure, and the bending arm adopts a precision toothed chain drive. Both ends of the transmission sprocket and the output shaft of the precision planetary servo reducer have support bearings, and the chain adjustment method is a docking double helix structure.
5. Rotating axis: In order to ensure sufficient torque output, a precision planetary servo reducer is also used for transmission. The feeding axis uses double linear guides to achieve high-speed and high-precision positioning in front and back, and the positioning is more reliable with high-rigidity screws and bearings. The machine CNC system uses an independent servo system to complete the control requirements of feeding, bending, and rotation, and can achieve X, Y, and Z three-axis linkage.
6. Clamping mechanism: It is a parallelogram motion mode, driven by a cylinder, and through diagonal clamping, it ensures sufficient clamping force and avoids damage to the pipe fittings. The guide mold adopts a slider connecting rod structure and is driven by a cylinder. It has two travels of half retreat and full retreat.
7. Three-claw material clamp: It adopts a three-petal, chuck structure and is driven by a cylinder to ensure sufficient clamping force, mechanical strength and service life; the core pulling has a fast and anti-rotation device and is driven by a cylinder.
8. Feeding system: Use a special feeding mechanism. Just change the mold, no screws, just connect it gently, which greatly shortens the installation time. Even the operator can install it quickly.
9. Electric control system: A single-chip visual operating system developed specifically for pipe bending machines, which is easy to program; the control circuit is equipped with an overload protection function.
10. Coloring: The main color of the equipment is blue (Jisun color number JS-SK-003), and warning signs are set at the parts involving personal safety.
11. The installation of electrical components complies with relevant national regulations and has a reliable grounding device. The wiring terminals, contactors and small air switches in the electrical box are installed in the VDE standard V-groove. Each electrical component has a clear mark. The electric control cabinet uses a full plastic comb cabinet with wire trough wiring, and the line number is clear; the control panel is neat, and the sign subtitles are clear and easy to read.

2. Check the air pressure/oil pressure and the condition of each fastener every day to ensure reliable use.
3. Lubricate all moving parts regularly and keep the equipment clean.
4. Clean the inside and outside of the equipment regularly, and make sure that there is no oil stain on the sliding surfaces, screws, oil holes, etc., and no oil or air leakage in all parts. Clean the chips and dirt around the equipment to avoid affecting the operation and product quality.
5. The working time of the equipment is calculated as 8-10 hours per day. If the working time is longer due to production needs, the operating status inspection and maintenance of accessories such as wearing parts and motors should be strengthened to ensure the working stability of the equipment.

VI. Service and Others
1. The product quality warranty is one year, (except for human or abnormal use) wearing parts are not included in the warranty scope, please refer to the "List of Wearing Parts" in the instruction manual for details.
2. The product is delivered to the customer's designated location (domestic) on time, and the freight is borne by the supplier.
3. The buyer provides the equipment commissioning materials to the supplier, and the expenses incurred shall be borne by the buyer (material cost, freight).
4. This product is randomly equipped with: one manual and one set of molds (if you need to order molds of other specifications, the cost will be quoted separately; if the ordered accessories/molds are special orders (non-standard parts and molds are not under warranty), they will not be returned or exchanged. Accessories/molds do not provide on-site installation and commissioning services).
5. The purchaser's production workshop must provide power voltage, compressed air source and grounding devices that comply with electrical specifications; the purchaser shall configure the cables and air pipes connected to the equipment.
6. The circulating cooling water, hydraulic oil (No. 46 brand hydraulic oil is recommended), lubricating oil, and cooling oil required by the equipment shall be purchased by the purchaser.
