Introducing the hard copper pipe processing machine by Guangzhou Jisun Automation Co., Ltd. This machine is designed for processing hard copper pipes with a diameter ranging from φ12.7mm to 42mm and a wall thickness of 0.5mm to 2.5mm. The processing length can vary from 50mm to 250mm, making it versatile for different applications.

 

The machine features a staircase tube with a 9-station pipeline, allowing for efficient processing. It has a Chuangtu beat of 4S-6S and can straight into the 9th station with a maximum itinerary of 200mm. The depth error is kept minimal at ≤0.25mm, while the coaxial error is ≤0.08mm.

 

With a processing method of cold forging/sawing, the machine has a straight into the cylinder diameter of 80mm and a clamp oil cylinder cycle diameter of 80mm. It can be driven using either Servo or Hydraulic methods and has a feeding method of manual, automatic, or click.

 

The machine is equipped with a CNC system for electric control and operates at an air pressure of 0.4-0.55MPa. It has a total power of 9KW and requires a Three-phase Four Line 380V/50Hz power supply.
