Product Description:

 

This equipment is designed for pipe mouth forming processing of straight copper pipes, including expanding, shrinking, flat mouth, and more. It features six stations, with five for cold punching operations like expanding and shrinking, and one for a rotating power head for flat opening. The movement between workstations is driven by a servo motor with precise linear motion control.

 

Features:

 

1. The control system includes an automatic counting function for accurate processing quantity tracking.


2. Automatic alarm function stops and alerts in case of equipment failure during operation.


3. Convenient, fast, and accurate mold replacement for easy product changeovers.


4. Safety protection during flat mouth chamfering to prevent copper foam flying and aid in collection and processing.


 

 

Work Flow:

 

1. Switch to the "automatic interface"

2. Load materials into the clamping mold manually

3. Press the green "Start" button

4. Activate the clamping cylinder

5. Process the pipe fittings at the required stations

6. Complete processing and return to initial position for the next cycle

Overview:

 

The equipment consists of a frame, an air control system, a hydraulic system, a servo system, and an electronic control system.

 

Frame:

 

The fuselage is welded by profiles, and processed after vibration aging to ensure rigidity and accuracy of the mounting plane. It is equipped with four height-adjustable foot cups and safety protection doors.

 

Air Control System:

 

The compressed gas from an external source is purified by a precision water-gas separator. The pressure can be adjusted to provide a good gas environment for each circuit component.

 

Hydraulic System:

 

The integral oil tank is equipped with an air cooling system to ensure that the system oil temperature is not greater than 55 °C. This equipment uses a variable displacement pump and the oil circuit uses an energy-saving design.

 

Servo System:

 

The servo motor and driver are used, and the feed shaft is precisely driven by imported screw rods with high wear resistance.

 

Coloring:

 

The main body of the device is blue (Jisun color number JS-SK-003), and warning signs are placed on the parts involved in personal safety.

 

Electric Control Cabinet:

 

Using the CNC system, the air switch adopts domestic high-quality air switch, Schneider button, and other main electrical components such as select switches and intermediate relays are all OMRON products.
