Usage: This equipment is suitable for single-head forming processing of copper tube mouths (expansion, shrinkage, branching, pipe management, etc.).
Feature:
1. The equipment is mainly composed of CNC system, servo system and hydraulic system control, and adopts six-station rotating disc punch for direct punching and hydraulic forming (cold punching multi-station forming branch pipes occasionally have bevels, ranging from 1-3.5mm).
2. The equipment control system has an automatic counting function and can accurately count the processing quantity.
3. The equipment has the function of rhythm pause or continuous processing, and can be selected and converted.
4. It has an automatic alarm function. When the equipment fails during operation, it will alarm.
5. When changing products, the mold replacement is convenient, fast and accurate in positioning.
