1. Frame: Constructed from high-quality profiles, the frame undergoes vibration aging treatment to enhance rigidity and ensure precise installation. It features adjustable foot cups and safety protection doors. All components are treated with surface processes such as electroplating, blackening, quenching, carburizing, and electrostatic spraying to guarantee strength and functionality.
2. Pneumatic control system: The pneumatic system is equipped with top-tier components for various actuators and oil injection. It includes devices for voltage stabilization, purification, lubrication, and pressure adjustment, ensuring seamless operation.
3. Coloring: The equipment is predominantly blue (Jiesheng color number: JS-SK-003). Warning signs are prominently placed in areas related to personal safety.

. The equipment is designed for 8-10 hours of daily operation. If extended use is required, more frequent checks and maintenance of components like wearing parts and motors are necessary to sustain stability.
IV.
Service and others
1. The product comes with a one-year quality warranty (excluding human error or abnormal use). Wearing parts are not covered under the warranty. Refer to the 'List of Wearing Parts' in the manual for details.
2. The product is delivered to the customer's specified location within the domestic region, with the freight cost covered by the supplier.
3. The buyer is responsible for providing materials for equipment commissioning, with all associated costs (material and freight) borne by the buyer.
4. The product package includes one manual and one set of molds. Additional molds can be ordered at extra cost. Non-standard parts and molds are not eligible for return or exchange, and on-site installation and commissioning services are not provided for these items.
5. The purchaser's production workshop must supply power voltage, compressed air sources, and grounding devices that comply with electrical specifications. The purchaser is also responsible for configuring the cables and air pipes connected to the equipment.
