- Air Control System: The external compressed gas is purified using a precision water-gas separator. The adjustable pressure creates an optimal gas environment for each circuit component. The cylinder piston's exact position is controlled by an electric valve body, ensuring sensitivity and stability during long-term use.
- Coloring : The primary body of the device is finished in blue (Jisun color number JS-SK-003), featuring warning signs on components that pose any personal safety risks.
- Electric Control Cabinet : Integrated with a CNC system, the cabinet employs high-quality domestic air switches, Schneider buttons, and OMRON products for other crucial electrical components. The control circuit is equipped with an overload protection function.
- The installation of electrical components adheres to national regulations and includes a reliable grounding device. Terminals, contactors, and small air switches are installed in the VDE standard V-groove, with each component clearly marked. The electric control cabinet is an all-plastic combing cabinet with wire trunking for orderly wire management, and the control panel is designed for clarity and ease of use.
